This improvisation was recorded in the Sint-Niklaaskerk in Neerpelt were I surprised my grandmother with a mini private-concert. She was the conductor of the church choir there for a long time, so she’s pretty much used to the sound of the organ. When rewatching the shots my sister took, I noticed my playing style is very similar to a reversed recording of an organ piece. That initated the idea to call it Reversa, but since the structure clearly builds up the classical way to a C-major chord, it isn’t fully committed to that inversion, so that’s why I added ‘quasi’. I also want to thank Mark Celis for giving me the trust to allow me to play the organ without his presence.
