  1. Hey Billy, I'd be willing to make some improved models for you if you'd like! I'd need you to send me a picture/example of the rig so I can design the mesh's according to it, and an idea of what kind of art style we're going for! If you're interested, just dm me and let me know, and we can get to working something out!

  2. Hmmm, this made me think of something… 🤔
Maybe, instead of placing individual trees around the map, you place a whole bunch of it at once. This could also be used as a "wall" so the enemies could use pathfind around it. That way it would add some strategy to the game

Anyway, the game is progressing nicely 👌 Cant wait to see more!

  3. Looking great! I tried commenting this on another video, but I'm not seeing my comment anywhere… I think YouTube is giving me a problem.

Anyway, I love the idea of this game and your tagline, "It's like Warcraft 3, but you play as the environment." Such a cool idea. Although it seems maybe you're moving more in the traditional RTS direction now with the units and "town center" idea. Either way, I'm really enjoying watching the progress.

I'm a composer and would love to chat with you. Writing music for medieval/fantasy games is my absolute favorite thing to do, and I can already hear music just watching your videos. I shared a link to my demo reel in the last comment, but maybe that's why it got deleted? I have no idea. Anyway, let me know if you'd like me to send you a link and talk.

Either way, I'll be following this devlog!

  4. will the game have base building elements like a normal RTS? i like when you build your settlements, fight, have mission that have stories like old rts that were made between 2000-2010 they were a blast!
We had competition with them in high school like AoE, Empire Earth, Rise of Nations, Strongholds:) we would stay after hours in school with the professors and played on computers what wonderful days!
