IMPD officer seriously injured in crash on southwest side of Indianapolis

An IMPD officer was injured in a serious crash on the southwest side of Indianapolis while they were on their way to work Sunday afternoon. According to IMPD, the incident occurred near Mooresville Road and Kentucky Avenue around 1:07 p.m.
