Mind is the wielder of muscle.The force of hammer blows depends on the energy applied, the power expressed by man's bodily instruments depends on his aggressive will and courage. The body is literally manufactured and sustained by mind.Throuh pressure of instincts from past live, strength or weakness percolate gradually into human consciousness.
