In the “Sengoku Jidai”, Japan was a country that was still fragmented, which at that time was still fighting for power. But with high enthusiasm, and of course with great determination and purpose they were able to develop into a country that was strong enough in Asia to successfully defeat Korea and China in the war.
This action made Japan more known in Europe and began to open up to world civilization. But the great nations of Europe see Japan as an intruder from Asia which that can disturb their colonies around Japan.
