Iguana Freezes When the Temperature Dropped in Florida #shorts

One might think that in Florida, it’s never cold enough for anything to freeze. But this iguana proves that’s not the case. The reptile was spotted in the Miami-area lying on the street in a frozen state. According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation, green iguanas don’t adjust well to cold weather since they are an invasive species with origins in warmer climates. So when the temperature drops, they lose muscle control and often fall out of trees.

  1. There was this one time where I was in my room and all of a sudden my dad came in with an iguana that he said was also frozen so after that we took a jacket from my room and put him in there and after a few days when it was warm enough we let him free and he went inside of a hole πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„
