I like how NL is dealing with chat. Straight up firing back. Shows us where the line is. Because the etiquette isn’t all that clear streamer to streamer, or with different types of relationships.
NL isn’t our Buddy. So giving grief as to a Buddy is tough, if you wanna maintain in a positive mood anyway. Which is a lot of the negativity I suspect. As much as we’d like to be one of the boys we can’t be. Too aggregated, and distance by necessity. This is a show, the streamer is the comedian. So we are more like hecklers in a crowd than not. Changes everything.
I think NL has started bringing us as normal fans along with him against the heckler. Which is rule number 1 in crowd work. Make it us including the comedian, against particular people and behaviors. And then move on, dismissing the bad actor.

I am selling a bunch of my stuff to pay the bills and you can easily print the labels off at home. Then you can just drop off the packages. The only annoyance is that the drop box is usually clogged up so I have to stand in line. But then my local post office put out a massive cart for people to put their pre labeled stuff in. So yeah kudos to those local USPS people for running a tight ship.

My take on the difficulty: If you play the game with the restrictions of previous Souls games (no Ashen Summons), then it's the hardest. But if you take advantage of all the tools you're given, like Ashen Summons, and explore enough, then it's somewhere in the middle in terms of difficulty imo.
The endgame bosses are difficult and seem to be balanced around the player having a lot more points put into Vigor than previous games.
Gotta respect the unnecessary no summon resin strats, but my lord we bout to get multiple two hour videos a day until he beats this game. I think summons are far less resin than magic build IMO..
Probably should have workshopped the Gen Z bit some more before letting it loose.
