  1. Lance is a 10mil dead cap hit.. no trades available to be made cause we don’t even have a second round pick.. Brady is the only possibility and even that is a bit of a stretch cause even taking a low dollar deal it’s still going to be hard to make it work cause we got only 10-15mil in cap right now and forget signing the other guys we have to do a deal with bosa..

It would prob take a 1 year play 2 year pay deal just to get Brady to work with a lot of restructuring needed to a lot of other players who just restructured or signed recently

  2. "I don't want to build my team with a 46yr" – Baldie

First of all. Its not a building era. The window started 5yrs ago and its in the closing phase. (If they don't strengthen)
Brady stays on the field. None of you brought up the fact that the Goat plays all the games.
    Win it now imo.

  3. The answer is trading for rodgers amd renegotiating his contract. You have to get 1 or 2 rings now. And in a now or never scenario you go get Rodgers. This window is closing. Niners have been negligent about the qb situation. No time to keep guessing and hoping. Rodgers knows he wins mvp with Shanahan and he knows he wins rings with SF. Rodgers would absolutely be wiling to take less money.

  4. Seriously dont understand the hate Bonta has for Brock. Brock played extremely well for a 3rd string ROOKIE. The kid was composed under pressure and processed information quickly AS A ROOKIE. You dont think that is something the Niners can build on? Maybe Bonta and Butcher Boy shouldn't have made that stupid video crowning Trey as the next Mahomes after his first practice……

  5. These guys talk about how “Trey your #2 right now until he proves himself.” They neglect to mention how he can prove himself if your default position is that he’s your #2, and therefore shouldn’t get the first team reps or see the field unless there’s an injury. It doesn’t make any sense. This has to literally be the most impatient fan base in the NFL. Guy has played 12 1/2 quarters of ball and people are already saying he’s had his chance. No he hasn’t. Tell me about Peyton Manning’s first 12 1/2 quarters of ball. Tell me about Joe Montana’s first 12 1/2 quarters of ball. Tell me about Steve Young’s first 12 1/2 quarters of ball. Tell me about Jalen Hurts’ first 12 1/2 quarters of ball. Tell me about Josh Allen’s 12 1/2 quarters of ball. I could go on and on. The rule at that position is it takes time to develop guys. Are there prodigies that come in and immediately produce at a high level? Yes. But they are few and far between.

  6. All this talk when you have a guy who has been here and performed for years. Just re-sign Jimmy short term and make him starter. I know, its not Brock. I know, he doesn't have the ceiling of Trey. But he wins. And he doesn't cost as much as guys like Brady and Rodgers. I just can't see us making the cap work with Brady or Rodgers.
