How can we tel if we are being manipulated in a world where double speak is so common? In this video, I use an example of a message sent to me to explain how people on the internet can attempt to manipulate you by appearing ot be “nice”.

Girl can you ever stay on topic without going on a rant about politics when it’s literally not relevant at all lol, it’s the one thing that makes it hard for me to watch you. I love this! People think old-school etiquette and Emily Post are old-fashioned, but honestly, one of the most basic etiquette rules is “don’t give unsolicited advice / suggestions.” It’s not your place and you don’t have influence on others.
