Bryan C. Kohberger will be back in court today for a status hearing. Today it will be decided how the defense team will proceed, which includes deciding whether they will be waiving a preliminary hearing or scheduling one.
Background: He was arrested on December 30th, 2022 in Pennysylvania and charged with 4 counts of first degree murder and 1 count of felony burglary for the murders of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin.
On January 3rd, Bryan had an extradition hearing in Pennsylvania, where he waived extradition and must be transported to Idaho within 10 calendar days. He has arrived in Moscow, Idaho and booked into the Latah County Jail. The probable cause was released on January 5th, 2022, the same day that Bryan was arraigned in Idaho.

Just an FYI, the cuts and bruises on BK were the result of the crappy razors inmates have to use. He is being held separately from the rest of the inmates so he didn’t get beat up or anything. You can tell that this has taken a toll on him though because he has dark circles under his eyes and it looks like he’s lost weight. I just hope that justice is served for Maddie, Kaylee, Xana, and Ethan. 💞

It was 28 degrees with 88% humidity at 4:00 in the damn morning. The victims were scattered all over town on Saturday night and didn't arrive home until close to 2:00am Sunday, but they didn't all arrive together or at the same time. Xana had a DoorDash delivery show up minutes before Kohberger entered the residence. He knew how many people lived there and he knew at least one of them was awake. Hurding kittens would have been less chaotic. Why was it necessary that he do it then? He visited that residence on at least twelve occasions prior to the murders. What was different about that day?

BLK drove a white elantra and was ID’d as the individual who sold Bryan the knife.
The original profile released was Military/rotc, bryan bought a white elantra and his knife and left the sheathe behind on purpose to frame BLK.
BCK being “boy wonder criminology wannabe genius” thinks he had it all laid out, and he did. Swat fingered Kopacka as the killer and killed him in a shootout.
That was all covered up once they realized they got the wrong guy.

It is easy to confuse a jury, so pick people who understand all a lier has to do is poi t to someone else BUT that doesn't make him innocent.
