I just can’t reconcile why it took so long to call the police? This is a real problem. I can understand why they didn’t leave their rooms, which probably saved their lives but to not call 911 for approximately 8 hours is unheard of. Especially if your house is dark and everyone is in their rooms and you hear screams, crying, thumping and the dog barking and growling and then to see a stranger? Why? And I don’t buy the frozen thing or they are young etc cause I have 2 daughters in their 20s and they would’ve called. And these are smart girls in college so they knew there was a danger or they would’ve came out of their rooms to see what was going on
I've never seen the video angle shown at 25:00 or so. I have seen a video angle of the entire right side of 1122 from the second floor of a home about 100 feet away, both front and back of 1122 are plainly visible. The sliding glass door and back porch are easily seen as well as the parking area in front of 1122, however it's at a slight angle. If someone left from the front door and kept their back to the face of 1122 he could've conceivably inched out of visibility and disappeared into the apartment complex next door, but the video facing 1122 would show that. If LE has those two video angles from the night in question they've got their man/men. Also I heard BK, on his out of the way route home, drove down the same street where Inan's parents live.

Hi Guys, love your show…at 24:00 the picture shown is from the porch camera NEXT DOOR to 1122 King Rd and NOT from across the street of 1122 King Rd.
It is not difficult to put a trash bag over the seats of your car. We know this was a premeditated murder so to think he didn't prep the car with his knowledge of crime scenes is crazy, of course he prepared the car. He probably went over it 100 times in his head, everything he needed to touch to operate the car was protected. He wore coveralls because they cover the entire body and he probably wore white underneath that so if any blood did get through it would be easily seen by him and could be removed. He then went someplace he knew he wouldn't be bothered burned the coveralls and car protection and buried the knife. I bet he placed the knife in a plastic bag to protect it while buried. I think he realized he left the sheath in the house when he got to his car and went to open the door and he was still holding the knife. But at that point, it was too late he needed to leave because he had already been there too long. Running into Xana and Ethan slowed him down considerably. I also don't think he intended to kill Kaylee before he entered the room and found them both in the same bed and he couldn't kill Maddie and leave a witness. As far as leaving no evidence at the scene, I'm not surprised if no DNA was found under the victim's nails if BK was wearing coveralls and mechanics-style gloves. Bryan's skin would have been hard to contact while being stabbed to death. The DNA he left in the snap was likely from days before when he was practicing removing the knife from the sheath and when he gave everything a final wipe down he forgot to clean out the button where the snap is. The Hollywood Reporter wrote an article about the Kohberger family and how the sisters were suspicious when BK came home and was acting weird. They said several family members searched his car for evidence and I believe if they were willing to go that far they were willing to contact Moscow PD and give them Bryan's name and information, that's how Moscow got his name and why the Defense is so confused because LE is trying to protect that individuals name from being leaked.

If they had all of the evidence alleged in these alleged SG texts, that is beyond a reasonable doubt and it would a slam dunk case. The GJ would not need clarification on the standard of evidence because the evidence would clearly be beyond a reasonable doubt.
In that photo with the stamp 1:56 isn’t 1122 king road, look at the doors and windows . In that photo it’s 1119 king road. Look at the maps- the house is blured
"We also talked to a neighbor the day this happened." I remember reading a comment from someone claiming to live in an apartment and could see the King Rd. house from her window. She said she had to be at work at 11:30 that morning and no one was standing outside of the King Rd. house when she left. I don't remember if she mentioned police presence though. She she said was talking with her neighbor once she got home and the neighbor told her she didn't see anyone but police show up at the house and it was police presence that caught the attention of bystanders. I find it very interesting that the 911 call is under a gag order and no name is given as to who it was that used Bethany's phone to make the call. It has never sat well that the WWI (walking while intoxicated) Police Patrol was coincidentally scheduled on the same night the murders took place, in plain clothes, driving an unmarked light silver hybrid car, that when dark, can easily be mistaken for a Hyundai Elantra when seen on a surveillance camera. It's one coincidence too many. I think they were there to keep the area clear of "rando's" the same as I think Dylans job was to not let anyone in that wasn't "in the club".
