  1. The best way to fool a cop during stops like these is to act like your buying into there BS then ask “so you just have a hunch or a gut feeling I’m up to no good?”.Reasonable suspicion cannot be based off a hunch or gut feeling.

  2. He conveniently got another call and had to leave! The tyrant knew that he needed reasonable articulable suspicion which is why he approached the stop like that. At the same time gave no singular articulable fact of his so called reasonable articulable suspicion! Failure to ID yourself is secondary crime after being arrested! Lastly, being in a high crime area doesn't mean that you're going to commit a crime, or have committed a crime!

  3. Auditors gather all lawsuits and the total monatary damage in every state in a given time . That will give you the worst state for atrocaties, then converge on that state. That is a PROTEST.

  4. High crime area…WTF ….this whole country is high crime ……for christ sakes we got a ex pres with over 50 indictments and a current pres being investigated with crackhead gun toting son, so i guess the white house is also a high crime area 😢

  5. Particularized Set of Articulable Facts: not just generalized like “this is a high-crime area.” What facts about me specifically gives rise to your reasonable suspicion that I am engaged in a crime?

  6. There absolutely “stop and ID states”… just doesn’t mean they can stop and ID. Just a nickname where more information may be necessary beyond name and dob. All of it is unconstitutional.

  7. Don't need to give this tyrant an ID what so ever!!! I personally wouldn't have said the last name of Williams. Get that Tyrants face on camera and Get That Badge # my man!!! The so called "reasonable suspicion stop" is horse s#!t and there is NO case law on that. I would have asked the officer what's that Case Law you're referring to because there is NONE!!! All in all, Good Job Bro!!!

  8. Doesn't matter the crime rate of an area, freedom is freedom. Suspicion is still not a crime and it always makes me laugh that these clowns think an ID will let them know if a crime is about, has been or is happening.
