First off good cops are worth their weight in gold. Bad cops will cost their department lawsuits that go in the millions of tax payers money.
You realize if that first cop changed her attitude no video most likely not happen.

There was an annoyance only when the Thugs showed up. Notice how the COWminator is having a hard time getting out of its vehicle because the chief probably got pissed because our Thugs were parking anywhere and anyway they want in their own parking lot like they do out in the public area. I'm usually always on the auditors side but this guy was imo instigating a confrontation.
Youtube suddendly not allowing you guys to show the arrest is going to hurt alot of channels. If you can't show that then you can't show alot of stuff that cops do to people.
This could so easily be avoided if every cop was shown audit videos for a week or so. lol. Make it part of the academy. Or simply some homework. lol.

I'm all for good attitude and I dislike when officers abuse their authority and other people's rights … However, I don't think these officers initially had any intent to escalate and arrest this auditor. I feel like he was just rattling their cage to get this response, and pressing all possible buttons to annoy them.

Are Citizens not allowed to be in areas where Law Enforcement Officers congregate? Those areas seem to be the SAFEST areas for Citizens to be. The Sergeant even pointed out the "High Crime" status of this area, hence the Officers congregation. If Citizens are not allowed to be in areas occupied by Officers, where can Citizens expect to be safe?
They get on their soap boxes and think they can do whatever they want to do. Officers that act like this should be fired immediately after their superiors see the video! That is the whole problem with police today! These officers caused this whole situation by not having a lawful reason for their actions! Their gang mentality and disregard of citizens rights and then lying to create an arrest is unacceptable. Then they cry and whine if they're caught in doing something wrong and called on it. God always has a way of punishing people for wrong doing, like these officers acting in an unnecessary or aggressive way not called for, towards anyone that questions their dishonesty or lack of ethics that so many of them have. When they're caught doing wrong, the one that caught them, and call them on it, is going to jail.

After reviewing this video TWICE !
The base premise is true that this is a false arrest.
But the police did act WELL IN ACCORDANCE to his questions mostly.
They came in directly to discuss there reasons for being their and was in a calm matter.
Until of course his constant belligerence to sit in a cops car like why come on dude that is to me just asking for problems.
That said, like I said, for the most part, he was falsely arrested, but the cops did act pretty well for the most part. Of course, the female cops with handling things at first was questionable, but other than that you have to admit that supervisor did do his part pretty well, and didn’t get tossed up in emotions up in till the last part, of course.
Cops earning their hate every day. Photographer should realize he's subservient to the supreme public guardians. Female officer well trained in looking down her nose. Doesn't seem like effective crime control or deterence
I loved the comedy of her getting out of the car. She realized she was too close to the other car but refused to admit the error by moving here car like a sane person. So she tries to squeeze out, bangs her door on the other car and knocks the mirror in, luckily it folded back. Then she forced her way out but had to then fold her mirror back to get to the front of the car. I think that embarrassment is what set her off.
The rest were he-man public haters trying to stickup for the damsel in distress, at least in their narrative not reality. Push, think of a crime, push, lie, push claim safety, push say they have to stand back when they are in their car filling out forms, use censorship on his camera for legally filming into the cop car, assault, then a bogus arrest for a law they obviously did read completely.
I normally support these audits but this auditor is a bit of a douche canoe as well. It is one thing to check cops when they interact with you, but I don’t really like this whole pick fights stuff.

The reason why they don’t want us to them violating the laws because they’re the ones that break the laws . And that’s why they don’t need qualified immunity from lawsuits because they have insurance and they belong to unions so they shouldn’t have qualified immunity at all . Hopefully this guy follows up with a lawsuit against this supervisor and the female officer who disrespected him that’s why qualified immunity shouldn’t exist for law enforcement or Judges or for anyone if you’re breaking the laws you pay out of your pocket .
a.k.a. "We'll tell you what our imaginary laws are and hold you accountable for your forced compliance. We're the police; we're better than you and we know it." The auditor/citizen was 100% correct : what people want is a change in attitude from law enforcement. The problem is LEOs that think that they are above the citizens that they swore and oath to serve.
