This was a nice video. The camera is a great addition, keep it going. It would be nice if you could take the time to do an overnighter in the ice tent, with cooking more elaborately. I love garlic, it adds such a good addition to fish as well as dill. I love watching your videos, because they remind me of when I lived in NW Washington state, near the Colville reservation, outside of Tonasket. I think the winters are milder now, because when I lived there in the early 70's the winters got down to 20 below zero, and snow started falling in November and got on average three or four feet deep.
Your mountain farm is a nice addition to your production. Give us some videos of your work there. Enjoy the spring!
