  1. Public outrage creates an atmosphere in which the horrendous shysters we have to call a government can act like they are doing good things…the fact that they create the environment and conditions in which outrageous situations are commonplace is ignored. This has to stop and it has to stop NOW!

  2. Fraud convictions can be worse than violence offences, because no one will trust you with anything related to money. Insurance, loans and jobs with control of money would be difficult to get. Bradshaw seems to be claiming that he wasn’t there at the time, even though he was.

  3. The problem starts with the institutionalized stratification of society as represented by the monarchy. There is no equal justice in the UK. I experienced it personally as a foreigner both in my dealings with the Home Office and once living in the UK. The “ hostile environment” exists beyond the confines of government institutions. Just take the Brexit vote as an example. It’s mostly motivated by hatred of and discrimination against foreigners by a disturbingly large portion of the British population.

  4. A friend of mine ran a village post office and was accused of stealing £10.000 pound he had to pay them the money back and resign, he ended up losing his house and marriage and as still not been paid back the money he never stole in the first place. Why have people not went to prison for ruining peoples lives?????????

  5. Let's not forget that the media pushed this along with naming and shaming then when they've made the shit storm the do a 180. They could've supported the accused and got campaign going but instead chose ruin peoples lives. Hand to God if a reporter or media type talks to me in a pub they will get hone safely. The whole covid thing and eu debacle is down to them. It's why we have no decision maker now. Any one of consequence try to do any thing and the media turn on then and if the continue with a decision they finish their career.

  6. Ian Hislop is the real deal. A straight talking individual, only interested in the facts and the reality. I've never seen him this fired up….. You don't feed bullsh*t to Ian Hislop and expect him to buy it, because he won't!

  7. Damn thought I had a new talking head to listen too until you tried to squeeze a racism angle out of this story. I'd bet my life that a high percentage of local postal offices are run by minorities, surely a sign of racism not being a factor in this case.

  8. Everyone involved should be brought to justice. The sooner the better. All bonus`s paid out should be paid back. We dont see any of these so called "Inspectors" speaking up. Their names should be published, so any other criminal acts can be brought forward. From top to bottom, ALL involved should be named, so justice can be served.

  9. How many other lies do they tell. I trusted the post office all my life as a British institution.
These sub postmasters have been so badly wronged by crown 👑 and government.
