Abby lost Owen when she desperately chased after revenge. Tommy got separated from Maria and Ellie lost dina and lost 2 fingers which made her lose the ability to play guitar. ONE FINAL THING SHE GOT FROM JEOL
A bit of a long one, lot of points I wanna go through in this finale😂. First of, I wanna say how fucking scared it felt when I was hiding from Ellie in the museum, kinda felt bad for the NPCs i chased after 🤣🤣. Now for Tommy, it has happened before where people got shot in the back of the head and survived ofc. He was shot and barely missed brain, in an angle that went through his eye. Kinda wild but this mf is UNBEATABLE. and this game fucking nailed it with the signs of PTSD. the random flashbacks in her head, also her journal just has so many stories in it. The one with the “Boar” thing is the most tragic to me ngl. You should definitely look up her journal entries online if u didnt check in the farm house cuz they are sick.
Ellie leaving Dina definitely makes sense from her pov. Thinking that getting rid of Abby will make her feel better and this trauma would heal, but the ONLY thing she needed was forgiving Joel and forgiving herself because she didnt forgive Joel🥲. Only reason she wanted this revenge this entire game was that the night they started to make up and talk more, Joel was taken from her. She mentioned she was gonna watch a movie and everything 🥲🥲🥲😞And main thing people were upset about which I get, is how Joel died, he didnt get the “heroic save the day” type of death, it feel robbed, WHICH IS exactly how Abby felt from her hero, her Dad. So it is understandable from the storys perspective. I just kinda feel bad that we went from this JACKED Abby to this girl that was basically the size of Ellie. Abby picking up Lev like how Joel picked up ellie in the hospital, its kinda poetic. Ellie was going through the same flashbacks like Abby, needed the redemption that’s why she saw Healthy Joel at the end.
JUST THE CRAZY THING IS THAT ELLIE ACTUALLY SAVED ABBY. Abby and lev wouldve died if ellie didnt show up, its just great.
Part 1 and 2 are definitely one of the most conflicting but also my favorite games because it definitely challenges your emotions and decisions throughout the game. Definitely hope you enjoyed it somewhat at least. 😂😂😂🤣.
I’m still watching the beginning of the video so I’ll edit if this is addressed again later 😂 I think one of the messages of the game is that NOBODY has a right to kill ANYONE, & when you do be prepared for consequences. the parallels between Abby & Ellie’s lives are insane! Down to having a bite mark in the same spot. Abby carrying lev is mirroring when Joel was carrying Ellie out of the hospital at the end of the first game. I find it interesting that Abby made the first choice to end the cycle of violence, Lev was her anchor. Ellie only lost two people, Abby lost everyone except Lev. 😭 Dina justified in leaving in my opinion because everyone saw that the cycle of violence needed to end except Ellie & Tommie so they continued to have fallout because of it (Ellie losing Dina & Tommie separating from Maria)
I've seen this game on a lot of channels, but this is the first one that makes it entertaining and with absolutely beautiful intros, i really hope that this channel reaches a lot of people (at least 100k)
This was one of my favorite playthroughs ive seen of tlou series cuz the gameplay good and commentary good and u get straight to the point lol and u have the best intros ever…i think u should play detroit become human or the wolf among us next!!
im sooooo glad that you end up liking this 🙁 i feel the same, i would've loved seeing ellie and abby becoming friends or at the very least form some sort of alliances together, it'd be very such a W group (with ellie, abby, and lev). i need ellie to have some closure too with abby, in a way, bcs until now ellie still doesnt know the real reason why she killed joel. idk if that'd change anything (i'd hope that it would) but i'd love to see them together, still. bcs they kinda parallel each other, and abby kinda paralleled joel with her whole story with lev. idk i'd just like to see them getting together and just really have their closure, get to know each other and realize that they're not so different from each other. if there would be anyone who could understand them, it'd be with each other. that'd be kind of the happy ending that i want. bcs i feel so sad for ellie, she's lost and anything. and just like her biggest fear, when she told sam in the first game, she does end up alone as a consequence of her own action. which is so fucking sad, i just. i just really need her to find closure and something new to fight, it could be teaming up with abby and take care of lev together or just finally be companions idk im yapping too much but gOD I JUST LOVE THEM BOTH SO MUCH AND I WANT THEM TO BE FRIEEEEEENDS😭😭😭 bcs i know they'd be so good as a trio, imagine their dynamics when they finally decided to heal and just live on together,, bro
I got to give you props on the intro!!!! It’s one of the best ones I seen.
I have so many mix feeling throughout this video. I hated seeing you play Abby while beating Ellie but when it was reverse I actually started feeling bad. As much as I wanted her to get revenge it really wasn’t worth it in the end which is why I’m glad Ellie let her go!

i still find it badass that ellie's "bossfight" is tailored to how you played throughout the game
