  1. Almost exactly halfway through, I'm riveted and enthralled. I started listening while out walking my dog, and quickly decided to change my plans for the day and clean the house and do some gardening – this is way too good to be distracted by the actual work I need to get done this week. I'll do that tomorrow instead 😁

  2. Malachi's accent is a little confusing, it sounds like he'd grown up in east London, then he must have spent a long time in the south of America, like maybe lived in New Orleans, but he also sounds slightly Scottish, it's really quite funny
i love listening to this guy, he's bloody fantastic at telling stories

  3. I listened to this and was hooked! I love Warden Parker and Kayla of course the Doctor. I have never stayed an entire 3 hours listening to anything… I was hooked! Listened while driving to and from work, while cooking and than while driving to go coupons lol. THANK YOU!

  4. Really great story by the writer and narration by you. Only thing that confused me was it was mostly werewolves as guards so who did the siren work on them? Should have just had vampires working around her. Apart from that Really enjoyed the story and characters. The flow was nicely placed to from him starting to his progress through the job. Really enjoy it.

  5. I can't stop listening to your work. Your narration takes me away from the present and brings me far away to a spooky, yet safe place. Even where some stories may not be a good as others you read, I am always submerged into the world you breathe life into. Thank you, this is one of life's greatest treasures.

  6. About halfway through, and really enjoying it. One major issue I have with the plot: He saw kayla running around and didn't figure something was up? Even if he thought it was his imagination, it would just be responsible – in this situation especially – to inform people to check it out. And since Kayla seemed involved with Malakay too, it's suspicious as hell. Very frustrating bit for me.

    Edit: At 2:20:00 now and… uh-oh. Bob's in on it isn't he? I don't like hearing "someone I can't not trust"

  7. This was a truly great story, definitely one of my favorite types! I hope the author, Head of Spectre, has already written not only a Part 2, but much more! I can’t wait to hear what happens when the warden gets ahold of Kala and what Old Vicram does with his sudden freedom. Keep up the exceptional writing Head of Spectre and thank you SO MUCH LH for the extraordinary narration skills, you breathed life into a great story and made it even better! I hope that both of you, your families and loved ones are staying happy and healthy! 😁
    Love from Texas ♥️🤠🌴
