Idk if all hotels here in American has them (I don't really enjoy traveling) but we have coffee pots. You can just run water though it for tea. I have a tea kettle that I can use on my stove top and it whistle when it's ready. I have ADHD and this is really the only way I don't totally forget I have water going for tea.

Ah Bowser! Wow that was some Makeup! Kettles wouldn't be used here in America, because we all have coffee pots and I guess the microwave? for hot water. We usually get hot water from those dispensers that do either cold or hot water.
