We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Very nice home. I could see myself living in this one. I would change the dark brown to light gray, and do away with the farm house style. All in all I love the home, and floor plan. Ty Chance.
I like this one. The bedrooms are nice size for a single wide. I really like that there is room for a kitchen table and that the utility room was a room and not just an area. Spacious master bathroom and closet.
Them home's are to high
Not enough drawers in the kitchen, also not a fan of the closet in the bathroom unless there is a room around the toilet.
This is one of the nicer entry level homes. I like the design and colors used.
How awesome is this single wide! To actually have a space for a table in the kitchen is wonderful. Rooms are decent sized. Love the master bedroom suite and walk in closet! A winner!
Were those washer hookups in the main bedroom closet?

Was that a w/d hookup in the main bedroom closet? The space looked so small. And i hate when they wedge the toilet between two walls in a corner. Horrible idea for any house. Other than that it’s nice.

Love the videos! I wanted to make a suggestion as a viewer who is home shopping. If you had playlist created for each manufacturer and listed the manufacturer in the title that would be amazing. I live in the west coast and most of these manufacturers are unavailable in those areas. If there was a playlist with just TRU homes, Fleetwood, Clayton exc. I would watch every single video.

Don't they believe in screen doors? Is there a coat closet? Not many kitchen cabinets. Where's the pantry, broom closet? Nice bathroom. Where's the shower curtain rod? Did I miss it? I'd have to pass on this mobile home. I've lived in 4 different ones and I know storage is always whats needed more of.
I really like your videos Chance. We own a 2022 Adventure 1456 sq ft double wide, I will be honest and say it's been a real adventure to say the least. We are not happy at all, although it's a 2X6 construction, 1/2 drywall and double pane windows, Zone 3 construction home. We are extremely disappointed with the overall quality, fit and finish, there is no pride in their craftsmanship or workmanship. Not one door fits or closes correctly, all doors and interior trim come unpainted (just the white factory primer coat), debris under the linoleum floors, popping up thru the linoleum. I would not recommend Adventure Homes to anyone at this point. Tring to get Adventure Homes to come out and get the warranty repairs done is like pulling teeth we are extremely disappointed.
Love your wall paper.. This is spacious house. Great use of space, great for family of 5-6 people.

Single wife's cheaper! And easier to find appropriate property placement. Easier on heating/cooling.

When will mobile home manufacturers ever STOP with the wall seam trims? Always makes them look cheap! Popcorn ceiling, dated and unappealing. And no windows in the bathroom…… nope. All I can say about this is the living, kitchen, laundry were good.
