I don't have this game, but I looked up, this is a mod based off of a canonical faction called the Fimir, some chaos swamp people.
And Kroll is a Kraken, although Krakens are canon in Warhammer Fantasy, I'm not sure he is.
For everyone who don't know what that faction was Reggie played. Its from Mod adding Fimir faction with two Legenary Lords, and one of them is this adorrable Tentacle Monster. Another lord is Fimir Queen that starts in the Empire at the central Sea of Claws coast.

The best base game LL for making a one man army in TWW3 is Miao Ying because she has an alternate form which doubles her regen cap by having a secondary pool of regen. AND her being able to use winds of magic to regen instead of just relying on regeneration. You can find a vid from legend on a one man doom stack for her
You should check Dark Sauce. It's one of the first if not the first Dark Souls parodies created and it's realy good.

Reggie played modded faction, Fimir, via mod from OvN moding team. Fimir, large monsterous infrantry from Norscan roster, used to be chaos numero uno worshippers(until humans came along, after that Fimir got scraps of favour only). OvN team makes faction mods based around races,groups,factions,etc, from WH fantasy lore from ages long gone, such as Araby(fantasy Arabia led by Jaffar from Aladin(yes really), Albion(pre-Roman celts from Britain),this one, and forgotten Nagash simp, The Dread King and his undead Roman/Greek/Egypt Legions, or Grudgebringer mercenaries from Storm of Chaos tabletop campaign.

Worth pointing out, Reggie was misgendering his legendary lord in this video. Kroll, the giant bog octopus ascending to tentacular godhood is a girl daemon octopus. It's a bit of a shame, I think the video would have been slightly better if Reggie had been able to fully embrace the role of tyranical cepholapod girlboss.
