  2. I've never seen anything so ridiculous. The people listed in the transcript have no more or less protection by these protection orders. Did the judge understand or is he too ancient, too corrupt, too stupid?

  6. Part of the problem, is that the defense didnt argue the case in a sufficiently structured way. Your defense should have broken down the discussion into defined steps, and labelled them as such, then argued them one by one. I dont understand why your defense didnt explain that YouTube, etc is not owned by your, but rather by billionaires who have nothing to do with you. Your defense should have explained that you do NOT in fact have the ability to moderate youtubes website. The ability to do that would rest with a youtube administrator.

    And finally, your defense should have broken down the fact that random third parties are posting things on line, so if anything, it should have been those random third parties that faced whatever charges, and not you. Why, exactly, you should be held liable for the actions of random third parties, is something I am unclear on, and would very much like to have the judge clear up…

    This looks like it could actually go to a higher court.

  18. It is NY. The state doesn't investigate, let alone, prosecute, public corruption when it involves democrats who are properly paid up in "donations" to the democrat party officials.
    This will have to go to federal court. But don't count on the US attorney for SDNY to do anything either.

  21. My nephew has been in jail since May because a jail guard in my county has a protective order against him and he walked into a restaurant that guard just so happened to be at as well….

  22. I grew up in the Bronx. Quite frankly the majority of the NYPD including the Westchester County police in Tuckahoe and the city of Yonkers are all corrupt. It's Damm sad that these cops want so badly to be able to do as they want.
