Was unsure of this game but after seeing this I want to give it a shot, looks like a lot of fun traditional Zelda with some of the freedom of Totk in making solutions. I hope I can get past the blur this time, that gave me headaches during Link's Awakening
Even in games with voice acting, I don't usually sit through the whole thing. It gets annoying really quickly if it doesn't have accompanying text and I can't skip because I can read way faster than the average person can talk. Besides, I want to play the game, not listen to a monologue.
30 to 60fps? No wonder I didn’t notice. I’m not a little bitch that gets car sick. Glad 60 is already programmed in. Should be locked on new hardware day 1 and ready for a replay. This game is charming tf outta me.
When he was at the part where you can climb that wall and he said that’s not very apparent. I’m like dude yea it is lol. That’s in every Zelda game wtf lol
Regardless how good a new Zelda game might be, I can't in good conscience support a company that is aiming to destroy as many people as possible with patent lawsuits intended to hoard ideas for themselves, stifling creativity and innovation in an industry where many developers have since surpassed Nintendo. It's honestly really depressing realizing Nintendo was never the good natured company I grew up with and it was all just a smoke screen to how draconian they truly are.
One of the things that i love about this game so far is that this ia a thriving and living world that is ACTIVELY undergoing an attack as you play the game. In every other Zelda game that i have played, the attack has already happened or it starts before you start really playing. In Echoes, the land is thriving and the attack is evolving as you traverse the world.
I hope Nintendo builds on this with their next system. I'd LOVE to see a Link/Zelda co-op style action/rpg game in the vein of Secret of Mana. It would be really cool to be able to have both Link and Zenda in the same party and be able to switch between their 2 ability sets.
I finished it an hour ago on the ryujinx emulator in 4k 60fps very good games. Bit fiddly on the menu but overall excellent. Big game to. The irony no slowdown on the ryujinx emulator 60fps all day. So it runs better than the actual switch console
My issue with this end of console life now games have a hard time running is BS. They should run better they know the exact limitations they have. If the game chugs then why did they not turn down or off what ever is causing the issue? You arnt supposed to push foward game tech if it comprimsed the experience in anyway.

Wow that music though.
Link could of double front flipped out of that whole and we all know it
Funny to watch how you went through the game so much differently than my play through. This will be a fun game to watch a speed run.
I love that the character voices are up to our own imagination, it’s more immersive in a weird way
I picked up my copy and I am blown away! Absolutely loving every single minute if it!
This looks really good.
The music 🤩

So far this is good. Absolutely love the fact that the map is inspired from A Link to the Past
The animation is so good.
Wait what – no review? Just watch me play, I can't be bothered…

This is exactly what I was asking for, a small scaled 2d zelda and a game where we got to play as her
They couldn't make this game 60fps?
Crazy that this game is 60 bucks. Should be 50 or less.

Zelda Echoes of Wisdom is a 8.4/10 game like Golden Axe Warrior.
Did you catch that you can jump into the pots to hide and hop around?

I'm loving the different solutions you're coming up with. I made a Sea Urchin wall in front of Zelda and let the bat swoop into it

You can press X and use Tri to steal void link's shield. He dies a lot faster without it

I'm disappointed after playing this game… Kinda mid.
