Indian Creek Village is home to some of the richest people in the world, including Tom Brady, Ivanka Trump, and Jeff Bezos. Since the 1930s, the 294-acre island off the coast of Miami island has been one of the most exclusive communities in the US with approximately 41 waterfront properties and a single access point. Its inhabitants are so wealthy it’s been nicknamed the “Billionaire Bunker.” What makes this tiny island so alluring to them? And why do these mega billionaires choose to live HERE when they could live anywhere in the world? The Hustle’s Noelle Medina travels to Miami to find out.

Just borrow an Amazon van. Get in anywhere. 😆
I'm here for Noelle's secret agent arc 🕵♀
It's best not to point…she continues to point
You could've hired a cessna to fly over that island at 1000' above ground on east-west direction repeatedly or hired a helicopter to hover even lower than 1000' over the water.
You don't earn a billion dollars; you take a billion dollars.
Why does a foreign military have a presence on domestic soil?
This had better be in GTA 6
She actually doesn’t care about seeing Jeff Bezos. She has an ex-boyfriend on the island that she wants to stalk. 😅
Ugh, a private island for the rich and where they own a police department really gets me mad.
If even a penny of state or federal tax money is used by the city then the general public has the right to use public streets there
the sibilance on her voice track is crazy. Did you guys record this and then rerecord it onto tape?
Los Angelese are interesting characters 😂
Pointing is a right, not a freedom!
You should’ve told them that you are Jerry Seinfeld‘s long lost daughter and he gave you a $55 million budget to check out a Florida property when he gets cold in Manhattan 😂
Cute video. The realtor you spoke to on the phone was spot on. It’s just one simple road inside :). And you won’t see much more because most of the homes have their own gate and a hedge inside. You’ve seen more by boat. To get inside you just need to be invited by a home owner for some reason. Could even be for gardening or pool maintenance. As an IT consultant I had 2 clients on the island. I actually brought cable Internet to the island 20 years ago. All they had were old phone lines when Internet speeds got much faster by cable. What I can say is that a family of 4 had a mansion with over 20 bedrooms in it. So really it’s not practical. It’s just what you have to build in order to feel like you fit in on the island. The security and prestige is exactly what it’s about, and the Florida homestead laws.
