During few weeks I saw lot of players using the Mr Scooty bike instead of Teddy Buggy. Is the buggy still the top 1 or something in the stats of the vehicles changed that make Scooty better ?

As you're a low rank,its actually way easier to get hit because they spam a lot,the higher rank you get,the less spam there is
