  1. norman f*cking rockwell is such a good album too, "did you know there's a tunnel under ocean boulevard" is so good too, all the songs like meanings changed so much in this album

  2. Lana probably isnt for you, but i will say that most of her songs get better with every listen, they just need a little time to comprehend. Ive been a fan for 10 years and i don't think ill ever stop stanning. She really has paved the way for many, and she'll always have a place in music for a lot of us fans

  3. okay few words:
Ride: the monologue is from the mv. You were pretty right it's about her not having an identity and just cruising through life ignoring problems
American: lowkey my least fave no words 😔
    Cola: absolute SLAY
Blue Velvet: if you didnt know its a cover (also least fave lol)
Body electric: i love this song. Rumoured to be about the same bf that died in dark paradise
Gods and Monsters: About LA. Favourite song from the album imo
Yayo: definitely a particular taste in music, not everyone enjoys it but i love this song. The slurred words are supposed to mimic intoxication
Bel Air: dont really know what to say about this one, pretty song not one of my faves

  6. Lana fans are kinda cringe if I’m being honest, I think she’s a great artist in her respective right but some people hype her up too much. Dare I say she’s not the best lyricists. Not to say her lyrics are bad just nothing special. What makes her stand out to me is the way she expresses her lyrics. Her artistic expression is beautiful and completely her own and that’s what I admire most in her art. Also her vocals and production are heavenly.

  7. That's fine if Lana turns out not to be your cup of tea. You're giving her the old college try (This comment is also a test. My last two on this video have mysteriously vanished….🤔)

  8. I don't think you'll really love her music till NFR, and maybe a little ultraviolence. Honeymoon is beautiful but soooo slow, and I just don't think you'll vibe with the music till NFR. Her lyrics are REALLY good as she goes along.

  9. Love your reaction, don’t worry about not getting everything Lana means on her lyrics, I’ve been a fan for years and I still learn new things about her older songs every now and then. Again, great editing, love ur energy, happy to see u r not giving up lol ❤️

  10. gods and monsters is more about her journey in LA. it’s one of her darkest songs, it’s a type of hopelessness and depression i hope nobody experiences. her delivery as she says “i don’t wanna know what’s good for me… God’s dead i said baby that’s alright with me” is just ugh
