And this is based upon real history, a crazy, heroic journey of soldiers just wanting to go home, and… succeeding in the end. I think this adds so much to the magic of this game.

It's a very human story. People just wanting to go home, it just gets you right in the feels.
Logic of the game: they hate the “Bolsheviks” because they took supplies from the old woman, then they take absolutely all possible supplies from the village. 😄
You can try the Czech and Slovak dubbing for the right experience. 😀
They where Czechoslovak prisoners of war that had been captured by the Russians in WW1 and had joined the Entente side in the hope of getting a state after the war.
Then the Tsar fell to a Democratic government and 6 months later the Communist revolution happened and overthrew the democracy.
I am gonna play it as soon as I get home from work.
