Congratulations on your great find. Awesome deal. I agree, have all your fluids changed now starting out. Plugs and wires too. I wish you well in your new venture!!!
Looking at the plywood in box there are many water stains. You should have the roof looked at and maybe re-sealed. I would hate to have all your cargo soaked if you get caught in a down pour.
Don’t think you ever said what are you going to use the truck for except for saying hauling parts once in a while.
Nice Truck
I wish I would have known where you were picking up the truck. I live in Lebanon, Pa. which is 8 miles east of Hershey. Would have been nice to meet you and could have had lunch. Good luck with the new used truck. Thanks for the video.
Cant go wrong with anything that has an LS 6liter.
Really nice truck. Great shape!
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Wow that’s cheap, awesome find
Harrisburg is like a hour from me!
You should look at a ramp for the back. Makes it a little earlier to get into the box.
27500.00 nice truck
Stick a beavertail or liftgate on it and use it for lawncare you wouldnt need to unload at the end of the day i reckon aluminium ramps would be too steep but might work it will make ur truck dual purpose
Congratulatin on your new ride 😁
Super cool truck!
Great addition to your business! All the best with it!
The 6.0 is a work horse!
I think you got a good deal on that truck, congratulations!!
Should of got a diesel Isuzu
Congrats on the truck looks in great shape and you got a great deal
DO NOT TILT THE CAB WITHOUT SECURING ITEMS INSIDE!! The first time I ran a cabover I put my lunchbox on the seat along with my thermos and then tilted the cab to check the oil ya, first day on the job and my thermos smacked the windshield totaling it. anything you put in those cubbies can come out too…. just FYI. nice looking truck
Needs a backup cam so Shawn doesn't hit the house….again.
I just want to make sure you don't get screwed by the DMV when you get you Ohio Title. This is my profession, I am an expert in sales tax compliance for 40 years. If they made you get a PA title and pay sales tax, you will get credit for that sales tax when getting your Ohio title. I have found over the years, the local DMV will try to charge you tax again if you don't question it. Here is a quote from the Ohio website.
"Is a consumer entitled to a tax credit for taxes paid to another state?
Generally, yes. Credit is given for the amount of sales or use tax legally paid to another state or jurisdiction. Proof of tax paid to the other jurisdiction must be provided to the clerk of courts. If the amount paid to the other jurisdiction equals or exceeds the Ohio use tax due, no additional tax is due.
For vehicles leased outside Ohio after February 1, 2002, and subsequently moved into Ohio, the balance of the lease charges due after the leased vehicle is brought into Ohio is subject to Ohio’s up front sales tax. If the other state taxed the lease up front, credit is given for the other state’s sales or use tax. If the other state’s tax equals or exceeds the Ohio tax, no additional tax is due. If the other state taxed the lease on the monthly payments, no credit is allowed for the tax paid to the other state for the months prior to the vehicle entering Ohio. Tax is due “up front” on the total of the balance of the remaining lease payments.? If you have any questions feel free to reach out.
Don't feel bad
5.0000000
I'm so happy you found the truck you wanted for a fantastic price!
Harrisburg has a big farming community. They have a huge farm expo and one of the larger fire expos. Hershey is like 20 minutes to a half hour away too
Another one! Nate is the man! Congratulations! Love the truck, so you should put some vents on the ceiling for the heat to subside or the side.
Very interesting that the notary was that difficult. I’m from PA usually it is like a half hour deal.
$13k!? Y'all stole that truck. Good for you. I'm happy for y'all
Hi That is a nice truck, you couldn't afford to run that in UK a is a petrol motor & automatic . You would be bankrupt in a week. £ 1.54 a litre x 3.78 which is a us gallon = £5.82 pounds Stirling. $0.83 to pound at moment.
That's a great looking truck!
Congratulations & Thanks to Noah for always helping the empire.
I'm sorry you had such a time in the notary, must be be that notary.. im from Pa.. usually only takes 10 minutes..
Nice truck. And it’s got the gasser v8! Not great for fuel, but great power, feel and sound. That truck is going to be really good looking when you put your company branding and graphics on it.
Why not just get a enclosed trailer, for cheaper and then no engine or transmission to worry about? You already have trucks to pull it
All you have to do it’s look at the Penn. Gov. and their history, including elections to know you shouldn’t really do biz there, even if the deal sounds good. On the other hand Isuzu makes a very good diesel motor.
I guessed during the video to myself that you paid around $17,000. 13 is a great price for that! Nice
Get some load locks to keep the product from sliding while in transit
You got an amazing deal. That’s a 6.0 GM LS based engine, they will run forever, even neglected they still last 250-300k, that’s a great work truck ,nice find.
Wow, 13k? I thought way more. Congrats!
Keep the back locked at all times. Don't want kids playing "hide and go seek" when it's 150 degrees in there.
Moral of the story.. have a friend like Noah in your life
Great deal on the truck, and now your cool Shawn. 😂
Good deal! My gut guess was 15k to 18k.
Great looking truck considering the age. But I’ve never seen any truck or vehicle with a frame that has a million holes in the frame rails. I would have guessed that would have weakened the frame. Any ideas why so many holes there?
I’ll guess 22,500
