15:08 Reflex doesn't work correctly in most games as its supposed to cap your fps a few percentage lower than your monitor hz to have the lowest latency possible but before reflex even was a thing people who knows how it properly cap their fps already have the lowest latency so reflex doesn't help at all not even 1ms also some games it increases
