There are treatments for radiation sickness, but the damage done is done for the most part. Potassium iodide tablets are mostly preventative, but can help some w post-exposure too. Should only take it when recommended by officials tho. More severe damage requires stuff like blood transfusions n junk. Radiation poisoning is horrible tho, don't fuck around n find out w that shit.
