Drives me crazy how Guga gets the most basic, obvious and rudimentary things wrong ALL THE TIME. Fully cover the steaks and weigh it down under the liquid if you're gonna marinade like this. The month long still may not be safe, but it's safer than having it half uncovered. You're gonna get you and your crew seriously ill one day.

You don't even have to do one day. An hour or two goes a long way, and can get over powering. And that's a few drops each sides, let alone a whole day. My go-to back in the day was a few drops each side and Montreal steak spice mix. Might have to go back to that next time I have steak.

It's funny it's the one word Americans can't pronounce; "Worch-Ester-Shire" The part that trips people up most is the "Cest" part of the word after pronouncing "Wor" in Worcestershire, it's more like your almost pronouncing "Chester" and finish it off with "Shire" at the end.
