I Sacrificed My Life to Raise My Late Sister's Kids, but My Brother-in-Law Kicked Me Out Without…

My sister was really dear to me and after she passed away, my brother-in-law thought of hiring a nanny, but I couldn’t bear the thought of someone else raising my blood so I stepped in. But what my brother-in-law did after years has broken me into pieces.

  1. Firstly poor kids second you were treated as a servant to that family which I think is even sadder and I don’t think your sister would’ve wanted that. No I don’t think you’re in the wrong to be honest. I’ll be going to Cps and seeing if I could get the boys myself and take them away from their father he doesn’t seem to care for them very much

  2. Sometimes I think these are just fishing for pity and they already know what answer they're going to get… but then I remember that people abused and taken advantage of rarely realize the disparity in respect 😢

  3. Has the 14y old ever cooked a meal by himself with adults to supervise? By meal I mean more than just sandwich or microwaved something?

If yes the kids should be mature enough to leave for a few hours without a sitter. If not then they may still be in need of constant supervision.

14 is old enough to BE a babysitter it is still to young to leave alone for extended periods. Some 14y Olds are mature others need constant supervision. Without more information on the kids in question an outsider can't be certain who the A is.
