You know, somehow, “I told you so” just doesn’t quite say it.

love this whole american Tesla thing…like you say " self driving cars" and electric cars guided by internet… I live in Africa, South Africa…we are pretty up to date…but never in my life have I seen en electric car, nor heard of anyone buying one here…there are no electrical stations…we don't have smart homes since it is too expensive.. we rely on fossil fuels and nuclear power… what I'm trying to say is ..don't generalize what happens in the US to the rest of the world…75% of earth's population do not have 1% of the luxuries and amenities you guys have
I'm a BOOK reader. Movie was..ok.
gotta get on the first 2 Bad Boys movies ASAP
this is from the director of The Crow, also recommend another one from his.. Knowing
More better call Saul!
Good to see Will Smith on the channel and although this is a fun watch I've never watched the movie again since it was released.
Bad boys, men in black and independence day are what I grew up with after the fresh prince but I really love his slightly more serious roles.
The pursuit of happyness is incredible and I really liked enemy of the state and six degrees of separation is great. Hancock was an excellent balance of his funny and serious side. I still need to watch king richard.
A.I movies are great with Ex Machina sitting firmly at the top of my list with Spielberg's Artificial intelligence a close second. Robin Williams' bicentennial man is criminally underrated.
Okay so disclaimer, I don't use your channel for replacement watching because I've literally watched every single movie on your channel. TV shows are ehhh. But your channel and your taste in movies is awesome.
Bad boys, bad boys
Whatcha gonna do?
Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
YES, please. Full length. Now. 🤩
"Robots are becoming more realistic nowadays" not really, at least not what elon musk tries to scam people with, with his theatrics. Boston Dynamics always kicking ass each year but still a long way out
Love Bruce Greenwood. You may see him again if you take on the newer star trek movies.
Why does Spooner hate robots for saving his life but not the girl’s? The robot simply made the most logical decision. Shouldn't Spooner direct his anger at negligent drivers rather than the technology designed to prevent accidents?
I stand with VIKI on this one. We like to self destruct, Zero Law is against it so it acted exactly how it's programming said.
Isaac Asimov. I feel that authors (especially classic greats) do not get enough credit in today's society.
"What the fuck Sonny?" – Redemption 2 seconds later 🙂
A couple of Will Smith scifi movies I didn't see on your Letterboxd that I'd like to see you react to are Men in Black and Independence Day.
Speaking of robots check out the classic 1950'sclassic original SF movies. 1951's The Day the Earth Stood still with Gort. Forbidden Planet (1956) Where a lot of Star Trek was swiped from. With Robbie the Robot and young Leslie Nielson in a serious leading man role with light humor.
Please, please, PLEASE watch Ali.
IMO…the essential Will Smith movies are: Seven Pounds, The Pursuit of Happyness, Hancock and Hitch. You could throw in the Bad Boys movies, if you're so inclined. I just feel like the buddy cop action genre is overdone and boring.
As someone who read the book and loved it, this movie is probably the worst film adaption of all time.
Still like the movie, though…it's a lot of fun!
"No Way Out" … Kevin Costner and Gene Hackman……really good movie
Dumbed down version of Asimov. Read the stories instead.
I also recommend the other Isaac Asimov movie, Bicentennial Man (it's well different mind and a Robin Williams vehicle), I didn't really enjoy the other Asimov film AI though.
You want comedy, action, and great buddy cop chemistry, then you must watch Bad Boys
Hello Daniel & Samantha!😊 Nice reactions to this well made AI film, Guys!!!🎬👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I cry EVERY time at this beautiful movie❤❤❤❤ 🤖
first thing for real they shouldnt make them that strong
The movie started as an original script called Hardwired. It would have been an Agatha Christie style murder mystery set on a spaceship.
Whether it's a first time or rewatch, I recommend watching Bad Boys 1-4, Independence Day, Men in Black 1-3, Enemy of the State, Wild, Wild West, I Am Legend, Ali, Hancock. Shia Labeouf followed this up with Holes
I wouldn’t say this is one of my favorite movies, but it’s one of those movies where if I see it on, I will always stop what I’m doing and watch the whole thing.
You seriously haven’t seen any of the “Men in Black” films? I’d have sworn you had…
Surrogates with Bruce Willis is another good "robot" movie
The correct answer to the trolley car problem is that if you chose to intervene in either direction you have taken responsibility for the other track that gets run over and so you go to jail for trying.
But if you ignore both or call for help from someone else You acknowledge there was no right answer and it was out of your hands and you have to live with the guilt of not having power over other peoples lives
I hate how they just gloss over the Utter destruction of Lake Michigan. Not a single word of what happened to it. That saddens me.
Wild wild West !!!
30:44 The Trolley Problem: "Trolley problem is the name given to a thought experiment in philosophy and psychology. It has sprouted a number of variations, but is distilled to something like this: you are riding in a trolley without functioning brakes, headed toward a switch in the tracks. On the current track stand five people who stand to be killed if the trolley continues on its path. You have access to a switch that would make the trolley change to the other track, but another individual stands there. That person is certain to be killed if the switch is activated.
So do you switch tracks or not?" 90% of All people will chose to kill the lone person and save the 5. Then the Questioner says the 5 people are Doctors and the lone person is your Loved one. Whom do you kill?
Seven pounds great movie
probably the worst book adaptation ever
