We start with one nof the hardest CK3 Challenges as we attempt tio revive or ressurect the Legacy of Charlemagne. There’s a special decision fo rit, but today we’ll be focusing on taking out the HRE as France, going from Count to Duke to King to Emperor!

  1. I have a theory for why Byzantium fell. I have observed that when the only province of a duke is taken, his duchy falls apart. It may be the same with larger titles. If the Byzantine Emperor only holds one county and that county is taken, but not his empire title, the empire will simply dissolve.

  2. Laith you should start using 'appoint local noble' for random inconsequential county titles. I believe it gives u prestige and summons a character for free so you arent losing potential courtiers (only really for kings as u can lose the counts under dukes)
