I think Sac Frags is Citlalis BIS for the EM and convenience with frost storm
I would switch Bennet for Mona just as a middle finger to circle impact (plus omen buff almost the same length as mavuika burst) throw on ttds and you're golden
bro builds Citlali like a trash 😀 She need at least 200% ER for a best rotation with Mavuika. EM with c0 only give you more shield, got it?

Furina is much better in this team than Bennett ive tried it the damage difference was almost 220k
For shields it scales off of the hp of the shielder and the defense of the active character
Tbh I took Xilonen off my Neuv team and added Citlali and it’s much more fun to play. Neuv/Furina/Kazuah/Citlali is so fun. I only have her at 70 on cinder city since I’m out of Mora.
She was amazing with Arle too, but I hardly play her anymore. I added Xilonen to that team instead. They’re just too OP to make it fun lol.
I don't blame Moga for not knowing they shields worked that way, MiHoYo really likes to not tell some surprisingly important gameplay stuff, like using Elemental sight shows you in which direction Seelies/Monetoos are from their end point. But knowing he likes Itto enough to have him C6 i thought he would at least look deeper into why he gets -20% All Type Res while in Ult mode

Fun fact, what you found out is why shields last so much more on Def Scallers, because with high def they and the shield take less damage

The strongest shields in descending order are zhongli, noelle, citlali, layla, diona, yanfei

For the Mauvika team, you want to Bennet Ult and skill first, then Xilonen skill, then Cilalit Skill and Ultimate, then Mauvika Burst, then Charge attack spins.

I skipped mavuika and went for Citlali and her weapon, i simply dont like mavuika, not her Gameplay not her looks and not her personality, Citlali Is just too good

I have a C2R1 Citlali on triple EM artifacts and she has 1180 EM. She is only level 80 tho.
Mine has like 951 em at level 70 and level 80 weapon. (Sacrificial r5) 16 cr/110 cd and 122 Er. Is that fine?? Or i need to change anything?

0:15 Kachina also uses Quenepa Berry. This means you didn't research and build your Kachina, that's why you didn't consider her as a FS generator for Mavuika, and for that, I'm disappointed.
17:00 EM has been reworked since 3.0, it is now 'the more EM you have, the more reaction damage you do'. Diminishing returns was BEFORE 3.0.
I been using hero on Xilonen and Citlali, It doesnt stack the same element, but you can get the bonus on 4 elements every rotation every time.

The Mavuika rotation is wrong, use Citlali last so her skull from her burst is gauranteed to remove the pyro that bennett applied so Mavuika's burst is guaranteed to melt and all her first four charged attacks will melt.

Giving your Mavuika an EM goblet will get you a lot further. My c0 with a level 1 Waster Greatsword hit for 600k against the abyss primo geo vishap cause of all my EM besides the benny buff. This was a Mav, Benny, Sucrose, and Citlali team.
Also put Citlali last in the rotation of a Mav team. That way you get the most melts while doing donuts in Mav's ult.

Since you did not know about this for shield ig you may also don't know the Xingqiu can almost double the "effective hp" of your shield as the orbitals from Xingqiu skill or burst reduces the damage taken by the character by almost 47-49%
Kachina also uses those berries

You no you can just use her bike do one atk and dash to consume the points so it doesn't messed up the rotation. Also do her charged atk not her normal atk
