The wife and I were on our way to our yearly tumbleweed convention when we stayed in the Hotel Kanzifornia, the atmosphere and staff were absolutely wonderful but then we happened upon some sort of water machine, ruining our experience as we were quite certain water simply appeared out of thin air so we proceeded to beat up the furniture and appliance and the staff RUDELY asked us to leave.

Hi Kanz! The electricity and water distributors go in a utilities room and you can put the washer in with it also. The Catalog opens 1 row at a time, meaning you need to unlock 1 in each row to have the next level below it open up. So you don’t need to spend all your points unlocking everything in just the first two rows before opening up better and perhaps more useful stuff. Your electricity and water will get more complicated so ( if I were playing) I would make unlocking them a priority.
I don’t think it’s fair to say the game is really wonky…it’s a strategy business management game. For example, it was you who decided to spend your points to unlock a bar without unlocking tables for people to sit. The game is teaching you how to play by unlocking things slowly and strategically to grow your hotel. It was also you, who also decided to upgrade your one star rooms and sell things for better stuff, when you could have unlocked more rooms to make 2 star rooms. I’m not criticizing your decisions, I’m just pointing out how it may be the people playing the game without understanding how to play. Your decisions matter, which to me, makes it a good game.
Well that’s about all I managed to glean from watching you and some other streamers play. The game looks fun and challenging. I hope it’s popular enough for you to keep playing. Thanks for sharing your games with us.
