  1. Rhett, congratulations! This is awesome and definitely something to be proud of. Though your music is not right up my alley I always thought that your ideas are worth way more than only being some sound samples for a piece of gear on your channel. Not pouring your creative potential into your own songs would've been such a waste. I will definitely listen to your EP and wish you all the best moving forward with your original songs.

  2. I am not saying you should've done this or should've done that. but just because you are a guitar player doesn't mean your music has to be instrumental. and if you want to tour and maybe become a known artist. why not go all the way with it and find a great singer who writes good lyrics and collaborate with them. either way good luck with the EP

  3. Thanks for the inspiration, Rhett.

I've got a few old songs I've wanted to get recorded for a few years. Perfection being the enemy of good and all.

I'm looking forward to listening to The Early Days.

    Be good to you 🙏🏻🤍

*edit – I just listened to the EP. Good stuff, sounds like Rhett.
    Well and nicely done.
You ought to be proud of this. Looking forward to hearing more from you

  4. Brother! Thank you for showing your vulnerability. I struggle with a LOT of what you’re talking about. Not sure if you have time to reach out and talk about it but I’d love to hear from you as I navigate this same road. Thank you!

  5. Man, the music is AMAZING! really!!! I had look for you on spotify since about two years ago, from what I've heard on your videos I was sure your music would be great! Now I can say it's true. I would enjoy if you squeeze that Boba Fet drive and allow us to enjoy lot more content from you!
    Saludos desde Mexico!

  6. Rhett, please please please back up Boba Fett! Keep one offsite as well. Storage is cheap, your time and effort is not.

That being said. Congratulations from someone else having issues getting out of their own head.

  7. It's kind of mind blowing to me that you're just coming around to the desire to be an "artist" this deep into your career – which is in no way a criticism; Just a "Wow; Good for you!"
Coming from a completely different musical perspective; raised in a working musical family and gigging since before I was old enough to get in the front door of most places we played:
The desire to develop a signature sound, communicate fluently with the audience and to make some kind of indelible, artistic and memorable impression through my playing- whether any money came with the 'glory" or not- has always been the end game .
No matter where you're coming from or trying to get to as a musician, it's all relative and it's all relevant.
Just do what you honestly feel and honestly feel what you're putting out there.
