Lucios redesign goes fucking crazy
Tracer 2.0 classic doesn't look too different but I appreciate them for that. I'm glad they kept the iconic part from her 1.0 classic and just make it more modern. OW 1.0 has this 'prototype' design feel, it didn't feel finalized but it works whereas OW 2.0 feels more finalized and upgraded from the previous. I wouldn't like it if they made it too different.

It's kind of shocking how my tier list is almost exactly Flats' one upside down, barring echo cus it isn't one. Every time I was like "Moira's is by far my favourite one" Flats responded with "Solid D tier". Wtf.
The reaper, soldier, and sombra choices rapid fire were like a mental flashbang. Personally love all these

One thing I noticed about the new skins is that a lot of the non-western characters have more elements from their home country's art and style in their skins.

Uh what you do is make a Double-S tier, S-tier, and A tier. I noticed the moment you made that extra tier you stopped using it. That's more a sign of being non-committal than anything else.
how is Zen higher than Moira? he got a scarf and some shiny pants, moira got creepy tubes cleaner around her head and an awesome messed up arm showing she's gone even further in her experiments
Im sorry but you putting bastion in A and Cassidy in B doesn’t make sense in my opinion, the Cassidy skin is A tier at least

I could agree with all of these prob except Moira and Sombra, Moira especially
the half mask being more prominent, the hair update, and the obviously twisted arm being on display were all absolute top tier decisions

Mostly agreed accept symmetra deserved at least A If not S. They made her look more unique and taking looks from her heritage. Also the face that a hair strand and is out of place and her clothes are not symmetrical make me think she’s going to have a story arc where she becomes unhinged and doesn’t need everything to be perfect. And the new affects on her weapon and reload animation… *chefs kiss
Ana not being in S tier is the biggest crime of this list. The horus symbol on the back of her coat goes fucking STOOPID

Does flats know symmetra’s redesign came with visual upgrades to her attacks and abilities as well? That’s what sells her design as the best redesign in the game imo
I actually really hate the way helmetless rein looks in OW2. In OW1, helmetless Rein is S-tier for me.
