Here's a little trick I've learned from YouTube such as Luke Towan and Jack Jack Creator. All they use to create those boundaries before resin pouring is using leak proof tape and acrylic glass as resin boundary.

An idea came to mind as I watched you knock over the resin cups, thought I'd mention in case it's helpful; could you cut the bottom 1-2 inches off another cup, invert the top part (making a snug fit), and then sit the pouring cup in there? I figure a flared base might be easier to pour into…

i see an issue with the rooftops and the river matching too closely, the river washes out the rooftops. no contrast. river could have been a translucent brown and green mixture.

Wondering if in the future, for emergencies get a few bottles of UV Cure resin and place a temp barrier to give yourself enough time to flip on a UV light and cure a thick seal. Which could give you enough time to cure 5minute epoxy. . 🤔🤔
