  1. These people deserve life sentences. How is it not premeditated? If I shoot a gun into a crowded movie theatre, I know what a likely outcome is. This is no difference to me. How much taxpayer money to we spend to educate the public on the dangers of drinking and driving. DUI past a .15 should be attempted murder even without an accident.

  4. Something no one ever talks about is the pharma drugs so many people are on these days.. yes, he was drinking, and drinking is enough to get you into this kind of trouble, but when mixed with anti depressants, it's ten times worse. How many millions of people are driving around while being medicated by one or more pharma drugs,? But big pharma doesn't want anyone mentioning that

  5. He's not sorry. He keeps saying how HIS life is ruined. He doesn't ask how the guy died and when (on the way to the hospital, at the hospital, or immediately on the scene? etc) and has the family been notified? And who was he?, etc. He should be in tears and on his knees flipping out. He's more worried about himself. Most people who get DUI's do it again. Facts. I bet he pleads not guilty. He's not the victim.

  6. 2:08 "The anti-depressants I am on are changing my body….they are changing my tolerance"……dude you said you had 3 or 4 drinks. WTF are you driving. The "poor me" act won't bring back those that you killed. SMFH. Always the innocent that end up paying the ultimate price for the actions of those that just don't care.

2:21 "My life is over" — TBH too bad it wasn't man….maybe you could have been the one dead and those you killed could have been lucky.

  7. One night I decided to drink but I was too drunk to drive. I knew it from the get go. So I pulled into on the side of the road and just slept. Luckily I was in a pretty deserted place so I knew there would be no cops in the area. I just slept it off completely until I woke up in a much better state. Obviously I was still hungover but I was feeling great after drinking some coffee. I did the same thing after leaving a friends place and again I just pulled into a gas station and slept. Honestly, the conscious decision to be off the road and just sleep it off has saved me many times. I know I am going to drive but if its too much I just stop and park. Now I know I should just not hop in the car altogether but both those times I had to get home to do other things. I know that it can always turn really bad any night I am not conscious about it so I stopped driving to places to drink. Just take a cab and another cab back. The financial costs offset any thing worse than it could be.

  8. Accountability. No one cares about your excuses. Feel lucky you didn't kill my loved one, because unlike most people I would gladly end your life and spend the rest of my life in jail.

  9. Everyone here justifying this kid making a mistake pretending he didn't know the potential consequences of his actions probably have driven drunk them selves and are projecting. This kid should be jailed for life. Someone lost their life over this not being taken seriously.
