This fan game tells the story of why chaos emeralds are no longer used in recent Sonic games. What events took place after Sonic Unleashed before Sonic Lost World, which prevents the characters from using chaos emeralds?
Eggman is up to his old tricks and is once again after the chaos emeralds. Sonic and Tails are going to stop him. After the incident with Dark Gaia, Robotnik is on the run, not the same as before and it shouldn’t be difficult to catch him. But something’s not right… Why would he go back to collecting Emeralds with so little effort? Why did the G.U.N. send Shadow after him?
And who are these strange monsters that attack everyone who happens to be near the temples? Only the mysterious figure in the shadows knows the truth. And soon, the Exiled will fulfill his selfish wish.
