If you find out anything on that can you do a video update and let us know? Someone mentioned they only reached 485 and couldn't go any further. It's crazy.
Not really sure why the items limit is so low, the valley is quite large, I really hope they address this soon.
Love your designs looking amazing and any information you can find out would be great as I just started to decorating a bit more today outside and inside my house and keep up the great work you are doing amazing
Fill the holes and let it stay like that for a while. You can then decorate and re-dig. Worked with me.
Flowers and wood, also count as items on ground cause I had this happen to me at one point until I picked up stuff
Thanks for the video! I hit my decorating limit at 420 and don't have massive crops either. I'm really surprised that the item limit counts for inside too. I was going to start decorating my house more since I cant decorate outside. Hopefully the limit will change, I have so many ideas!

I wish they would do away with the limit all together, it doesn’t really make sense to me, we are there to fix the valley and decorate and then they put a limit on it lol.

i don't think its big enough in my mind it needs to be alot bigger but once Halloween is over we can remove some of the Halloween decor from the valley and what not that's what i plan to do anyway. hopefully they are seen this issue and hoping they give us more space in the future !!
I think they should fix it mostly because we’re gonna get new characters and items I’ve holded off from building because the homes of the characters
Apparently there’s a hidden limit 3000 item limit for holes, spawned and dropped items, and that’s what’s triggering this for people. But we seen a lot of people on discord say they covered their holes and picked everything up and it still says they have reached their limit? It seems to be bugged once the limit is reached hopefully it’s fixed soon
I hope they add a higher limit or just take it off completely AND also to be able to sell unwanted items to either Scrooge or goofy. I have so much stuff I bought from Scrooge in the beginning of the game that I don’t need/want and just plain out don’t look good in my valley! But I feel like that number will increase every time a new biome opens or when the full game comes out next year!
I like the method of having everything in a room in my home with a table behind the chest with a couple items on top indicating what’s in the chest
