For the 'how' moment around 6 minutes – new ballistics changes mean PS won't even pen class 4 armor on the first shot from about 150m away. If you're at that range, it's gonna take 2-3 shots to kill in the thorax, and with class 5 more like 3-5.
PS is no longer really viable at longer distances unless you can hit a lot of consistent shots in the same hitbox.

There’s something mildly infuriating about how often everyone reloads and checks mags and fire mode in this game. I know that it’s nothing important, that’s why I said mild. Not full blown spicy madness.
