  1. I transitioned to chicken after being hypertensive at 26 years old. Now I'm healthy as I can be and my recipes include Chicken tocino, Chicken Satay, Herbed Chicken, Chicken sisig, and Chicken teriyaki I've been using these recipes for 4 years now and I'm never getting tired of the flavor because I rotate it frequently. Being healthy is a choice and eating healthy should not mean eating not delicious food!

  2. I actually prefer chicken over steak. I just put a little salt and pepper and throw it on the grill. Little side salad and that's it. If you think you can convince me steak is better, feel free to invite me out to try your steaks <3

  3. Can't believe how ignorant Guga is about food and nutrition, its equivalent to the saying never buy a mechanics car as its guaranteed to be crap… he thinks calories make you fat, can't believe anyone can be so ignorant….

  5. That tip about chopping the veggies ahead of time is SO true. I do everything I can ahead of time on Sundays so that when it comes to making dinner during the week I just grab stuff, assemble, and heat.

  6. Sorry Guga but Your adding carbs to your diet…. I call BULLSHIT to your diet. You should try eating nothing but Beef, salt and water. You can get Waguu so "I challenge You to do the Carnivore diet for 1 month?

  8. I am on a diet myself, and yesterday I had a huge craving for pizza. I did one myself, a real basic one with store-bought gluten free dough and it was around 600 cal for a pizza, that's amazing. Tasted real, and got me over that craving
