Usually I tow broken trucks to a shop where they get fixed, and then they are driven away. But that wasn’t the case with this dump truck after I towed it to McCauley’s Truck Center….

Glad u liked the Tacos, have a great day, and c u next time u come to Christmas Valley 😎👍
Casey you would find the type of trucks I like to be odd. That has to do with the fact that there are two brand of trucks I like, with two models in both brands. The first brand is PETERBILT Model 389, and model 339. The other brand is Diamond T with the model 969A wrecker, and the other is the Diamond T truck 1937 but would take a model 630 for pulling trailers. Now if anyone gets confused, no I do not mean the Diamond Reo trucks. And yes I am aware that Diamond T merged with Reo trucks after Diamond T trucks became a subsidiary of White Trucks. Last choice would be an old Autocar truck. Sue me, for not liking International or Western Star. lol.
Setback axle
I definitely did not like set-back axles on rough roads but they were nice in tight places, but that was off-road hauling 200,000-280,000lb
You make it look easy.
You forgot your light bar
I like the look of the forward axle but I would rather drive a set back for the turning radius if it's a long frame like a rollback or a sleeper.
I had to step away and let the cat in. When Casey got all done I thought he forgot the light bar😊
I checked back and saw that was the first thing he pulled off.
Extra steps and check does make a day short some times…less backtracking to pickup what you forgot 😊😊
registration… LuLz
Nah, it's the gas tax. they all have red diesel.
setback axle all the way.
Your model, beautiful. I like it.
If you had a pedometer, you could count the number steps you do on each job or at the end of the day you get a lot of exercise back-and-forth and rounding about😂
That Zak Lift is so impressive . . . I would not have thought those yellow hooks would be man enough to hang that much weight on to.
So awesome Casey! Thanks again for hailing that thing around for us!
Hi Casey, been watching a lot of your shows really like them. I see a lot of people don’t know how to back up when you pull them. They’re always turning their wheels and making it harder on you.😂
I prefer the set forward axle looks way better in my opinion i like the square hoods. Love the description of the cyber truck hit the nail on the head in your description of it.
I Like Yours
Set forward.
Front axle set forward or back? One of each is the spice of life my friend. I haven't a preference myself.
Talked to much
Hey Casey just wondering if you've seen Bruce Wilson's channel he also has a Zack lift but not one like you' have it only has the towing bar love your channel look forward to seeing more videos what's your thoughts on this
What's going on model T ?
Have you given any thoughts about your fuel tanks and how to make the top anti slip when snow and ice are on top of them when you need to get into your boxes?
If you slip off it will hurt, but that is why you edit your videos.
Ok correct me if I'm wrong Casey but you're actually pulling from the axles and not the base plate on the dump truck so technically you're not putting much stress on plate where it was welded if it was poorly right
Casey… How many times have you forgot the light bar on a tow and had to retrieve from the customer?
I noticed the electronic set-up in the cab of that dump truck. I don't know what it's for, but that's pretty high-tech for a farm truck.
Set back or set forward is a functional decision first.
Definitely the set back axle looks better. I would need a post it note on the dash saying “did you get your light bar off the front dummy?”✌️
Great video Casey…I liked the doorstop driving down the road lol….. stay safe and see you soon
Tesla Cybertrucks look more like a dumpster than a doorstop. But I guess you could use one for either purpose.
Setback axle is better, I feel that keeps the driver safer and looks better. Win Win. Thanks for the video
Lmao ! It was to have a open bed and the design was inspired by Micky Thompson race trucks. But the batteries had to go somewhere
At least if you forgot about the light, you will know where it is!
