Another drink I like is a diet Ginger Ale and I add Lemon juice io it, I add about about 1/2 cup bottled lemon juice to a large 32 oz yeti style glass with about 12 ounces of ginger ale with ice, I know folks say not good for you but I am 75 yrs old and been drinking artificial sweeteners for 40 years
I like that carbonation too

Something I do with apples, when they are getting a little older or raven when fresh I wash and you can peel or not andI cut in fairly small bite size pieces and put in a microwaveable bowl, I add 2-3 slices of butter with one or two apples cored and cut up, them I add powdered cinnamon and 3-4 packages of Splendaand cover and microwave for 2-4 minutes until cooked stir occasionally while cooking and eat warm, it’s like apple pie without the pie crust so less carbs, the carbs from apples are healthy low glycemic carbs so they do not spike your blood glucose
I like the fruit water from Aldi not fizz but taste good to me
