Here is the rest of the NieR Replicant journey. I’m extremely proud of this video and glad I took the time I did on it despite some people being a little too impatient in my direct messages (plz dont do this lol)

I put so much care and thought into this and having to sit through my playthrough and relive the game all over again was emotional, and solidified that this is truly one of the favourite games I have played so far in my life.

  1. WOW, I found your channel(by finding the previous video) a couple of days ago and was kinda disappointed there wasn't a part 2, I'm extremely glad I found the video when I found it!
Finished replicant myself a couple of days ago as well and I'm no playing automata, I'll surely check your automata video when I completely finish it!

  2. Purely raw existential pain lol I would love to see a totally naive and ignorant person who is unspeakably chipper play these games. Just watch their horror unfold as they experience the ridiculous amount of trauma we have because of this series 😂😂 we must all be brainwashed masochists to continually expose ourselves to this franchise and keep asking for more 😂😂 seriously though these games are S tier masterpieces and deserve all the love and praise they get. Very few and rarely does media, especially video games, make us feel this much. It’s an emotional overload. They make us look inward and see and feel things we shield ourselves from naturally. It’s an extremely unique experience and its one I think we should all have at least once to face our own fleeting mortality and our inner monsters.

  3. Fantastic video, thanks. There are bits of this story that I cannot watch without tearing up, no matter how many times I've seen them. Overall, I slightly prefer Nier Automata as it does the repetition thing a bit better, but both are masterpieces of story telling. Kaine is my all time favourite video game character, though (and I do have a hankering to call someone a "f**k-waffle").

  4. thank you for this video, i had to stop playing somewhere in the middle of route B due to big changes in my life, and it'd be very difficult to ever finish it. your video gave me an idea how it'd be to bring it to completion. cheers

  5. The routes of NieR Replicant are the equivalent of

Route A: I killed them! All of them! And not just the men, but the women and the children too! THEY'RE ANIMALS!

Route B: WHAT HAVE I DONE?

  6. There's a story that tells what happened to the P-33 after the events of the game, it's called "the fire of prometheus", and it was probably this robot that caused the machines in NieR Automata to stop fighting.

  7. Thanks for the video! It makes me want to say something poetic about how I'd forgotten about the series just like Nier was forgotten, but it was just as sweet to finally see it… But I'm just too freaking tired right now to bother. 😉

  8. I don't know if anyone's put this in the comments but I feel sad knowing that emil had to watch everyone he knew die and had to fight the aliens himself which he ended up cloning himself and lost his memory

  9. What's worst is that in order to obtain all endings you need to play through the beginning (Starting points differ) of each playthrough meaning you have to experience all the pain and suffering of every fucken character you've encouter (lighthouse, Louise, redbag couple, Fyra, Doggos, the following events towards each ending) Each encounter making me feel worse every time as it dig deeper to their stories. Safe to say this is one of the saddest shit I've ever played.

  10. I KNOW there's a lot of time but i feel like a scene missing is when p33 tries to fly away so he and kalil can be free.
i also thougth that it would be too difficult to try to input the extra content into one video lol, hence why it took so long.
but i'm really glad to finally see your reactions to the full nier franchise.
you stated what i've been trying to tell ppl since i first saw the original nier replicant/gestalt release…
EVERYONE needs to play and experience the NieR games. and this is the ONE game i wish i could experience again for the first time, as you also stated.

thank you again for your videos!
