Welcome to a fun little stream I wanted to put together! My goal today is to have some of my wonderful paradox youtuber and strategy youtuber friends join me in the AGOT mod for crusader kings 3. The goal is to simply try and be the most powerful by the end with almost any forms of gameplay allowed making this one of the most perfectly balanced games imaginable. Look I hate the final season of game of thrones and I am sure like most after watching endless video essays breaking down the GOT finale I just thought it would be better to play it out myself in a video game.

I'd love to see a multiplayer stream of Aegon's conquest start where Spiff tries to launch the conquest while dealing with seven kingdoms players trying to survive. There's a few minor horses with unique legacies so we could even see some of the smaller houses become Lord Paramount instead of the established houses which would make things more interesting.
my game of thrones hot take is the show is in all ways worse than the books. every good part is when they just play it straight from the books, every bad part is any time they have an original character, plot point, or other deviation from the books. i watched 3 seasons and dropped it and i never looked back.
Seeing the Greyjoys so weak upsets me. I spent most of my time in CK2 playing Ironborn raiders or Dunmer mages. The changes to fleets makes the Ironborn so much less than they were.
You def should do more streams like this, I had so much fun!

I only watched a small amount of Game of Thrones BUT this has me wanting to play CK3 more w/ a similar mod of a world i know, first though is Lord of the rings but im trying to think what else would be popular enough for a good mod and lore heavy enough to fill out a CK3 world.
tl:dr any suggestions for world mods other than LotR or GoT?

Would be fun to see a bit of a team game like Aragorn and a hobbit vs. Saruman and Sauron but obviously saruman and sauron would totally be secretly screwing with each other with Saruman vying to replace Sauron and Sauron keeping Saruman weak enough to avoid him rebeling without crippling him so much that he gets wiped out.
The visuals on the cities in this mod are amazing. Hat off to whoever created this.
