I like the idea of a central park, but you should also incorporate a transit hub where there is an international train station. Think St Pancreas in London, except that Hyde Park is RIGHT next to it.

Have a government/tourism district. Transit hub in the center with a large park on one side and government buildings, convention center, stadium etc. on the other side. Kinda make it like the National Mall in DC

It seems to be really hard to make profit with public transportation. I have hundreds of people waiting at certain POIs but no matter how many (or little) busses I use, no profit. Googling that topic made me realize many people do have that problem. Is there a guide for that somewhere?

Imagine driving thru a empty road then you freeze and a bunch of buildings appear
What ever you do, please just get rid of the massive highway running through the middle of the city
What about park meets public transit? Basically a nice walk for all your people to switch modes of transportation. You have enough space to spread it all out, make nice walking paths to all the parks/ displays/ transit stations. It's perfectly in the middle of everything!
In the middle of your city you can make a airport š ā¤ā¤
i think that a central park would be awesome but i think that the city in general needs more small green areas
