  1. The chicken and dumplings I grew up with were much simpler. It was just salt, pepper and flour. Boil and debone your chicken. Make the make the flour, pepper and salt into a dough…make it into balls or strips and combine it with the chicken in the boiling stock. Let it simmer for a while ant it makes its own gravy.
    My grandparents grew up in The Great Depression. Sometimes all they had was flour salt and pepper. Its simple but it tastes amazing!!! I still cook it today and crave it during cold weather!!

  2. Naw it HAS to be the tikka masala! Was concidentally already eating fried chicken while watching the video, and the tikka masala was the only dish that made me regret my meal choice.
