  1. When kids are offered a good quality hay or pasture plus a creep feed they can be weaned as early as $30 of age but it is better to wait until 6 to 8 weeks. A better measure for winning a kid is when it weighs at least two to two-and-a-half times its birth weight and is eating a significant amount of dry food otherwise do not remove them from the mother until then.

  2. With the cooler temperatures coming start putting some hay down for them to lay on that instead of directly on the ground laying directly on the ground pools body heat away from them and they'll get cold and die.

  3. The actual gate lòoks too wide to hold its own weight so the gate will eventually sag. The posts are very thin looking also. I hope they work out for you because it looks funny or cheap looking sorry to say.

  4. I think Sox's is pregnant cuz she doesn't want Badger to bother her and that's how they get when expecting. I think he already did the deed and now she's like leave me alone you already did it. Alpacas are pregnant for about 11 months, but the gestation period can vary from 330 to 370 days depending on the season and other factors. Alpacas usually give birth to a single baby, called a cria, that weighs between 10 and 18 pounds and can stand and nurse shortly after birth. Alpacas tend to give birth during the night or early morning hours. Females will avoid males during pregnancy.

  5. Get the baby goat out of the box already – thank god you got him out . Maybe fix the hole w/ putting screen or wood over the hole so no more baby goats get stuck again . ❤🐐
